Incomplete requests may delay the review process.
Review Process
After receiving a complete copyright complaint, Savault will:
Review the submitted information
Request additional details if necessary
Temporarily remove or restrict access to the reported content where appropriate
Contact the relevant parties if clarification is needed
Submitting a complaint does not automatically guarantee removal. Each request is reviewed individually and in good faith.
Removal of Content
If Savault determines that content should be removed, we may:
Remove the affected listing
Remove specific images or materials
Modify displayed information
Restrict access to certain content
Savault may also remove content voluntarily where appropriate.
Counter Notification
If content has been removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter notification.
A counter notification should include:
Your full name and contact information
Identification of the removed content and its previous location on Savault
A statement explaining why you believe the removal was incorrect
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
