Introduction

Savault respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and content providers to do the same.

Savault is a curated discovery platform that references publicly available websites, digital products, tools, and resources.

The platform may display third-party materials including:

  • Website screenshots

  • Logos

  • Brand names

  • Favicons

  • Product names

  • Website descriptions

  • Publicly available metadata

All third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

Purpose of This Policy

This policy explains how copyright holders and rights owners can request the review or removal of content displayed on Savault.

Savault aims to respond to valid copyright concerns in a timely and reasonable manner.

Types of Content Covered

A takedown request may relate to:

  • Copyrighted images

  • Website screenshots

  • Brand assets

  • Logos or trademarks

  • Written content

  • Other protected materials

How Savault Uses Third-Party Materials

Savault may display third-party materials for purposes including:

  • Discovery

  • Identification

  • Search and categorization

  • Editorial presentation

  • Reference

The purpose of displaying these materials is to help users understand and discover digital resources.

Savault does not claim ownership of third-party materials.

Submitting a Copyright Complaint

If you believe that content displayed on Savault infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may submit a removal request.

Please send your request to: legal@savault.de

Required Information

To help us review your request efficiently, please include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Your full name and contact information (email and, if available, postal address)

  • A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed

  • The exact URL(s) or clear identification of the content on Savault that you believe is infringing

  • A statement explaining why you believe the content infringes your rights

  • A statement that you are the owner of the copyright or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate

Incomplete requests may delay the review process.

Review Process

After receiving a complete copyright complaint, Savault will:

  • Review the submitted information

  • Request additional details if necessary

  • Temporarily remove or restrict access to the reported content where appropriate

  • Contact the relevant parties if clarification is needed

Submitting a complaint does not automatically guarantee removal. Each request is reviewed individually and in good faith.

Removal of Content

If Savault determines that content should be removed, we may:

  • Remove the affected listing

  • Remove specific images or materials

  • Modify displayed information

  • Restrict access to certain content

Savault may also remove content voluntarily where appropriate.

Counter Notification

If content has been removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter notification.

A counter notification should include:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • Identification of the removed content and its previous location on Savault

  • A statement explaining why you believe the removal was incorrect

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

Trademark Requests

Savault respects trademark rights.

Trademark owners who believe their trademarks are used incorrectly or misleadingly may contact: legal@savault.de

Please include:

  • The trademark involved

  • Registration details if applicable

  • The location of the alleged misuse

  • Explanation of the concern

Website Owners and Removal Requests

Website owners may request removal or modification of their listing, screenshots, or related materials.

Requests should include:

  • Website ownership information

  • The specific content requested for removal

  • Reason for the request

  • Contact information for verification

Third-Party Content Responsibility

Savault does not create or control the majority of third-party content displayed on the platform.

The respective copyright owner remains responsible for their intellectual property.

Savault acts as a discovery platform and does not intentionally host unauthorized copies of third-party works.

Repeat Infringement

Savault reserves the right to remove content or restrict submissions from users or sources that repeatedly provide infringing material.

False Claims

Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent copyright claims may result in rejection of the request and may have legal consequences.

Good Faith & Abuse

Savault processes all legitimate copyright and intellectual property requests in good faith. Repeatedly submitting incomplete, abusive, or clearly unfounded notices may result in future requests being disregarded.
